BirthBrief is an entertainment and self-reflection product. The natal chart interpretations we generate are astrological in nature and are intended solely for personal enjoyment and self-exploration. They do not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, financial, legal, or any other form of professional advice. Do not make important life decisions based on your report. If you need professional guidance, please consult a qualified professional.
BirthBrief uses astronomical calculations (Swiss Ephemeris) to compute accurate planetary positions, and an AI language model to write a personalised narrative interpretation. The output is a creative, astrological reading — not a scientific assessment of your personality, health, or future.
You must be at least 18 years old to use BirthBrief. By proceeding you confirm that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has used the service, contact us at hello@birthbrief.com and we will delete the data.
BirthBrief offers two products:
The full report is a one-time digital purchase. There is no subscription, recurring charge, or account required.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. Your card details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never stored on our servers. By purchasing you agree to Stripe's terms.
Prices are shown in USD and include all applicable taxes where BirthBrief is required to collect them. The price displayed at checkout is the final price.
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers ordinarily have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. However, Article 16(m) of that Directive provides that this right is lost once delivery of digital content has begun, provided the consumer has given prior explicit consent and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.
Before payment you will be asked to confirm: "I agree to immediate delivery of my digital report and acknowledge that I thereby waive my 14-day right of withdrawal." By checking this box and completing payment, you waive the right of withdrawal in accordance with Art. 16(m).
Generation failure refund: If your report fails to generate due to a technical error on our side, you are entitled to a full refund. Refunds in this case are processed within 5 business days. To request a refund for any other reason, contact hello@birthbrief.com and we will review your case.
Your report is displayed in your browser immediately upon generation and simultaneously sent to the email address you provided. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or contact hello@birthbrief.com.
Reports remain accessible via your original link for 12 months from the date of generation.
The BirthBrief engine, brand, and website are the intellectual property of Matteo Rigo. Your generated report is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may share your report with others for personal purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, or use reports for commercial purposes without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BirthBrief and Matteo Rigo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the report giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gdańsk, Poland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects any changes. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
